Women's Inclusion and Leadership
When equality language is in every strategy document but needs institutional support to make it a reality
Many organisations have gender equality language embedded in every strategic document. The harder question is whether the institution has built the policies, pathways, and practices that translate that language into how it hires, promotes, retains, and invests in women.
Soltara works with organisations to design and evaluate gender equality strategies, develop women’s leadership pathways, review institutional inclusion structures, and build the internal governance that makes equality a working reality. We bring 20+ years of applied gender equality work across MENA, Europe, and the Mediterranean, grounded in peer-reviewed research.
What do I walk away with?
Gender equality strategy recommendations, women’s leadership pathway designs, institutional inclusion reviews, and evidence-based tools for implementation.
