Management and Governance
Because big picture commitments need managers who can implement them.
Organisations invest in declaring their values. The harder work is building the management practices, governance structures, and leadership capability to make those values real. When commitment and practice are misaligned, the gap shows up in performance, trust, and regulatory exposure.
Soltara works with leadership teams to design and embed inclusive governance frameworks, strengthen decision-making processes, and develop the people management capabilities that drive genuine organisational change. This includes leadership retreats, manager capability programmes, employee engagement processes, and governance documentation that organisations can own and update.
For organisations navigating EU regulatory requirements: as pay transparency rules are transposed into national law, larger employers will face new reporting, pay architecture, and joint assessment obligations. Where unexplained gender pay gaps exceed 5%, organisations may be required to conduct a joint pay assessment with worker representatives. Soltara helps organisations build the pay architecture, job classification systems, and management capability to address these obligations.
What do I walk away with?
Governance tools, decision-making processes, manager capability frameworks, and implementation documentation your team can use beyond the consultancy.
Proof: Greenpeace MENA
For Greenpeace MENA, Soltara designed and facilitated a participatory organisational transformation process across five phases, using the MENA-to-SWANA renaming as a catalyst for deeper work on governance, language, power, partnerships, and internal culture. For a public sector council in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (confidential client), Soltara’s experts developed the strategy document for governance reform. For the EMBRACE Project (EU Horizon, Maastricht University), Soltara’s team led research on public sector and institutional reform opportunities and blockades.
