Soltara takes its name from the Spanish subjunctive for “letting go” – of silos, of isolated thinking, of the idea that complex problems have simple, single-handed solutions. We exist to help organizations share the burden of problem-solving and place it in the hands of a diverse collective.

Our team carries a blend of expertise across organizational psychology, political science, sociology, finance and academia. We’ve spent decades grappling with the challenges our societies face and the data gaps that hinder informed action. This work has shaped academic discourse, informed education strategies, fueled policy reform and driven organizational transformation, resulting in Soltara: an organization delivering expert co-created programs rooted in evidence-based strategies and collaboration.
