For AFFORD UK, Soltara’s team produced a five-country gender analysis and cross-country synthesis across Benin, Ghana, Nigeria, Senegal, and The Gambia.. For the Arab Reform Initiative (EC-funded SAWT initiative), Soltara served as as an expert and trainer on on women, peace, and security across Libya, Syria, Palestine, Iraq, and Yemen, building the capacity of local civil society organisations in research and advocacy. For the European Institute of the Mediterranean (EuroMeSCo), Soltara’s facilitators led consultations with policy-makers at the Union for the Mediterranean, with findings shared with the EU Directorate-General for Neighbourhood and Enlargement Negotiations (DG-NEAR). For the National Center for Social Research (UK), Soltara served as research consultant and evaluation analyst on a project on financial literacy education in Kuwait. For Oxfam International (Lebanon), Soltara’s experts served as research consultant and evaluation expert on organisational capacities and priorities to address gender-based violence.
