OUR JOURNEY
What do an organizational psychologist, political scientist, sociologist, and finance professor have in common? What brings us together to set-up this consulting, advisory, and execution platform? And why should you work with us?
Our journey blends academic rigor, activism, and business consulting. We’ve spent decades researching the challenges our societies face and the data gaps that hinder informed action. That work has shaped our academic discourse, informed our education strategies, fueled policy reform, and driven organizational transformation—like Charlotte’s research on sexual harassment, recognized by The Financial Times for its societal impact.
We always knew that theory alone wasn’t enough. We started the “Support and Accelerate Women’s Inclusion” project specifically to connect research to practice, and to bring employer policies and women’s experiences that can fill the data gap. In times of crisis—like the Beirut port explosion—we co-founded Khaddit Beirut, recognized as a model for expertise-driven action and crisis response.
We built a consulting practice rooted in evidence-based strategies and collaboration.
Our work spans regions and industries:
Middle East and North Africa
With over two decades of experience, we’ve helped transform policies and workplaces. We have advised corporate clients across healthcare and banking, championing inclusion and women’s empowerment.
Global Imapct
We’ve partnered with decision-makers worldwide on issues like migration, social responsibility, and ethical technology. Charlotte was named a Global Gender Champion by the U.S. State Department, Carmen has held fellowships at Harvard, Brown, and Johannesburg, and Lina received the Arab Distinguished Scholar Award.
Education & Leadership
We’ve designed programs and trained leaders across continents—from Iceland to Saudi Arabia, Libya to China. Carmen teaches in Barcelona, Charlotte builds capacity of experts and researchers in Canada and the Arab world, and Lina creates learning experiences in distinct places like Iceland, China, Norway, Finland, Kuwait, and Saudi Arabia.
