Decades of research and hands-on implementation led us to launch Soltara—bridging silos,
mobilizing expertise, and designing solutions for collective challenges. Though our journey
as a platform is just beginning, we’ve already started moving pieces of the puzzle towards a

Advancing Women in Governance | Evaluated and advised a gender inclusion program

training for women in a global consulting firm. Equipped women leaders with skills to
navigate career growth and leadership roles.
Feminist Research & Advocacy Training | Led workshops on feminist research, policy
writing, and advocacy for women activists and authors. Empowered grassroots leaders to
influence public discourse and policy.
Financial Literacy for Impact | Conducted research and analysis on financial education
programs to enhance economic empowerment of youth. Informed educational and
pedagogical strategies to improve financial literacy and inclusion.
Good Governance & Public Sector Reform | Developed strategic reforms for a high-
level public sector council to enhance performance and citizen protection. Strengthened
institutional frameworks for more effective governance.
Inclusive Employment for Women | Co-led research and strategic communication on
employer policies promoting gender inclusion across eight MENA countries. Enabled
organizations to implement policies fostering gender-equitable workplaces.

policymakers on Mediterranean cooperation. Bridged policy gaps and strengthened regional
